What Is TENS and EMS Therapy?

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) and EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) are non-invasive electrotherapy techniques used to reduce pain, stimulate muscle activation, and improve neuromuscular coordination.
